Job Requirements
- Experience preparing and cooking meals for groups
- Valid Food Handler’s Permit or ability to obtain one upon hire
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a DHHS background screening through the State of Utah
- Strong time management, organization, and communication skills

Job Duties
- Plan, prep, cook, and serve nutritious meals for residential clients
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and health-department-compliant kitchen at all times
- Shop for food and supplies working within an established budget
- Ensure dish-ware, equipment, and food-prep areas remain orderly and hygienic
- Arrive on time and participate in all required meetings, trainings, and activities
- Understand and uphold PRC policies and maintain appropriate boundaries with residents and staff
