Job Requirements
- Class A or B CDL license depending on vehicle type
- valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one
- ability to pass MVR screening
- ability to obtain sales licensure or registration if required
- basic literacy and arithmetic skills
- minimum age of 21
- compliance with DOT and CDL regulations
Job Qualifications

- ability to pass MVR screen
- ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required
- ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- minimum age of 21 years
- compliance with DOT and CDL regulations
- experience driving a semi-truck or trailer preferred
- experience in home delivery or retail customer service preferred
- experience operating forklifts or Moffett equipment preferred
Job Duties
- Provides SMART customer service by executing Lowe's policies and programs
- seeks out customers to understand needs and assists with locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, or loading merchandise
- responds knowledgeably and promptly to customer and employee questions
- communicates product information including stock, special orders, features, applications, and warranties
- plans delivery activities, prints loading tickets, and delivers merchandise on schedule
- pulls merchandise, builds and bands delivery loads, and loads trucks within payload
- inspects product condition before loading or assisting with loading
- ensures loads are safe and secure according to DOT regulations
- updates delivery and route status for tracking purposes
- unloads, installs, and tests appliances upon delivery
- performs daily vehicle inspections and reports maintenance needs
- completes DOT reporting to maintain certification and compliance
- detects and reports security risks such as theft or shoplifting
- maintains store cleanliness and organization
- ensures a safe and secure work environment by conducting safety reviews and adhering to safety protocols
- operates store equipment as needed
- performs other duties as assigned
