Job Requirements
- Class A or Class B CDL license with air brake endorsement as required by location
- Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one upon employment
- Ability to pass motor vehicle record screen
- Ability to obtain any necessary sales licensure
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Compliance with Department of Transportation and CDL regulations
- Preferred experience includes 1 year driving semi-truck or trailer
- 6 months customer service or in-home delivery experience
- 3 months operating forklift or Moffett for vehicle loading and unloading
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration if required
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Experience driving semi-truck or trailer preferred
- Experience in retail customer service or in-home delivery helpful
- Forklift or Moffett operating experience advantageous
Job Duties
- Provide SMART customer service by assisting customers with locating, selecting, and loading merchandise
- Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate product features, applications, and warranties
- Plan delivery activities and prepare loading tickets
- Load and band delivery merchandise safely according to schedule
- Inspect and verify products and invoices prior to delivery
- Update delivery and route status on tracking systems
- Unload, install, and test appliances during delivery
- Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections and maintenance
- Adhere to Department of Transportation regulations and complete required reporting
- Detect and report security risks including theft and shoplifting
- Maintain store cleanliness and comply with housekeeping standards
- Operate store equipment relevant to delivery and stock duties
- Perform other assigned tasks to support store operations
