Job Requirements
- Class A CDL license or Class B CDL license with air brake endorsement
- Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one upon employment
- Ability to pass motor vehicle record screen
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as required
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Must be 21 years of age
- Ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations
- One year experience driving semi-truck/trailer or driving school certification preferred
- Six months experience in-home delivery or retail customer service preferred
- Three months experience operating forklift or Moffett preferred.

- Must be at least 21 years of age

- Preferred one year experience driving semi-truck/trailer or certification from a driving school
- Six months experience in-home delivery or retail customer service
- Three months experience operating forklift or Moffett onloading/offloading a vehicle.
Job Duties
- Provides smart customer service at all times through daily execution of Lowe's customer service policies, procedures and programs
- Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise
- Listens and responds knowledgeably and promptly to customer and employee questions
- Communicates information to customers about stock, special orders, features, benefits, application, and warranty
- Plans delivery activities, prints loading tickets, and delivers merchandise according to schedule
- Pulls merchandise, builds and bands delivery loads, and loads trucks within payload according to delivery order
- Inspects condition of products before loading or assisting with loading
- Ensures loads are safe, secure, and compliant with Department of Transportation regulations
- Updates delivery and route status for tracking
- Unloads, installs, and tests appliances upon delivery
- Verifies daily vehicle inspections and maintains cleanliness, maintenance, and repairs for delivery vehicles
- Completes Department of Transportation reporting for DOT certification and CDL compliance
- Detects signs of shoplifting, theft, and security risks and communicates them to management
- Ensures compliance with housekeeping standards to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Maintains a safe and secure work environment, conducts daily safety reviews, and ensures adherence to safety requirements
- Operates store equipment as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned.
