Job Requirements
- Class A CDL license for multi-unit CMV or Class B CDL license for single-unit CMV with air brake endorsement
- Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one upon employment
- Ability to pass MVR screening according to company standards
- Ability to obtain required sales-related licensure or registration
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Must be 21 years of age
- Ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations
Job Qualifications
- Class A or Class B CDL license with air brake endorsement depending on vehicle type

- Ability to pass motor vehicle record screening
- Ability to obtain sales-related licensure if required by law
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic

Job Duties
- Provides smart customer service by executing Lowe's customer service policies, procedures, and programs
- Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
- Listens and responds knowledgeably and promptly to customer and employee questions
- Demonstrates appreciation to customers
- Communicates information about stock, special orders, product features, applications, and warranties
- Plans delivery activities and loads merchandise according to schedule
- Pulls merchandise, builds, and bands delivery loads and loads trucks within payload limits
- Inspects product conditions before delivery or customer loading
- Matches items on invoices with quantities loaded
- Ensures loads are safe, secure, and DOT compliant
- Updates delivery and route status for tracking
- Unloads, installs, and tests appliances upon delivery
- Verifies vehicle inspections and maintains cleanliness and repairs of delivery equipment
- Completes DOT reporting to maintain certification and compliance
- Detects security risks such as shoplifting and communicates promptly
- Ensures store cleanliness and safety through housekeeping standards adherence
- Maintains a safe and secure work environment conducting safety reviews and securing premises
- Operates store equipment as required
- Performs additional duties as assigned
