Job Requirements
- class A CDL license or class B CDL license with air brake endorsement
- valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one upon employment
- ability to pass MVR screen
- ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration if required by law
- ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- must be 21 years of age
- ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations
Job Qualifications
- valid class A or B CDL license with air brake endorsement

- ability to pass MVR screen
- capability to obtain sales related licensure or registration if required
- ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- must be 21 years of age or older
- experience driving a semi-truck or certification from driving school preferred
- experience performing in-home delivery or retail customer service preferred
- experience operating a forklift or Moffett onloading/offloading a vehicle preferred
Job Duties
- provides SMART customer service through execution of Lowe's customer service policies and programs
- seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
- listens to and responds knowledgeably and promptly to customer and employee questions
- communicates information about stock, special order merchandise, features, applications, and warranty information
- plans delivery activities and delivers merchandise according to schedule
- pulls merchandise, builds and bands delivery loads, loads trucks according to orders
- inspects condition of products before loading
- ensures loads are safe, secure, and within DOT regulations
- updates delivery and route status for tracking
- unloads, installs, and tests appliances upon delivery
- verifies daily vehicle inspections and ensures maintenance and repairs
- completes DOT reporting to maintain certification and compliance
- detects and reports security risks such as theft or shoplifting
- maintains cleanliness and organization of store and work areas
- adheres to all relevant safety requirements
- operates store equipment as needed
- performs other duties as assigned
