Job Requirements
- class A CDL license or class B CDL license with air brake endorsement as applicable
- valid medical certificate or capability to obtain one
- ability to pass motor vehicle record screen
- must be 21 years of age
- ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations
- ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration if required
- ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
Job Qualifications

- ability to pass MVR screen
- ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as required
- ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- strong customer service skills
- experience driving semi-truck or trailer preferred
- experience in in-home delivery or retail customer service preferred
- experience operating forklift or Moffett equipment preferred
- ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations
Job Duties
- provides SMART customer service through adherence to Lowe's policies and procedures
- seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating and handling merchandise
- listens and responds promptly to customer and employee questions
- demonstrates sincere appreciation to customers
- communicates stock, special order, warranty, and program information to customers
- plans delivery activities and loads trucks within payload limits
- inspects product condition before loading or assisting customer loading
- matches invoice items to loaded quantities
- ensures loads comply with DOT regulations
- updates delivery and route status in tracking systems
- unloads, installs, and tests appliances upon delivery
- performs daily vehicle inspections and reports
- detects security risks and reports to management
- maintains housekeeping and store organization
- adheres to safety requirements and operates store equipment as needed
- completes DOT reporting and maintains CDL compliance
- performs additional duties as assigned
