Job Duties

  • Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming and professional first impression
  • answer and direct incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and connecting them with the appropriate department
  • process payments for vehicle purchases, service transactions, and parts sales, accurately handling cash, credit cards, and checks
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it reflects the dealership's professional image
  • assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records
  • support other departments as needed with clerical tasks and customer interactions
