Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and walk frequently
- ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance
- good vision and ability to adjust focus
- ability to follow instructions and work autonomously
- weekend availability

Job Duties
- operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- assist customers with purchases and vouchers
- educate customers on VIP and monthly Round-Up programs
- provide customer and donor assistance throughout the store by answering questions, anticipating needs, and encouraging sales
- restock merchandise on sales floor and price items
- pull and sort products according to company guidelines and safety protocols
- assist on donation dock by receiving and processing donations, loading items onto semi-trailer or stock room
- maintain cleanliness of the store by performing cleaning duties on a rotating basis
- support efforts to create a more inclusive and equitable organization
- adhere to safeguarding policy by completing mandatory training
