Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to stand and walk regularly
- ability to use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and smell
- ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel or crouch
- ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- specific vision abilities including close vision and depth perception
- willingness to undergo company training
- ability to work in environments with wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and extreme cold
- ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations in English
- ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- completion of company training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
