Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age and 18 yrs. of age to perform certain functions/tasks
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
- possess basic computer skills
- possess strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Follow all federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies regarding bakery operations, safety, and sanitation
- maintain proper shelf/display conditions through cleaning, straightening, and rotating products
- adhere to company policy through proper processing, preparation, and packaging of product
- take customer orders accurately for cakes or other specialty items as needed
- complete all necessary paperwork relating to bakery department
- maintain a clean as you go policy
- maintain adequate supplies
- minimize shrink through proper handling and storing of product
