Job Requirements
- Associates must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Availability to work full-time
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Adherence to company dress and grooming policies

- Ability to handle customer interactions in a courteous and professional manner
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Willingness to complete company-provided training programs
Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- Prepare, process, package, and stock fresh food products according to company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas including prep rooms and coolers
- Unload and stock products ensuring proper rotation and storage
- Decorate bakery items and create party trays as per customer specifications
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding promotions and requests
