Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and use hands regularly
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to perform basic math operations using money and weights
- Willingness to complete required training including food safety and customer service
Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- Prepare and process fresh food products according to company standards
- Package and stock products in compliance with fresh food and safety requirements
- Provide outstanding customer service through friendly and timely assistance
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in work areas and equipment
- Unload and stock deliveries following proper rotation and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding products, promotions, and requests
