Job Requirements
- At least one year of housekeeping/custodial experience in a facility environment preferred
- working knowledge of various cleaning equipment and materials preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- positive attitude and sense of pride in quality of work
- ability to follow directions and complete tasks thoroughly and in a timely manner
- adheres to Employee Handbook and Policy and Procedures set forth by The Peace Center for the Performing Arts
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean all surfaces to standards set by the Building Services department
- vacuuming
- glass cleaning
- dusting
- carpet extraction
- damp mopping
- restroom cleaning
- setup and strike furniture for facility events
- maintain interior areas and exterior surfaces in all seasons
- complete all assigned tasks within a reasonable time frame as determined by the Building Services Manager
- follow the standard operating procedures of the Building Services Department and policies and procedures of The Peace Center
- follow all safety guidelines and report any unsafe working conditions
- perform other related duties and responsibilities as required
