Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication skills
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods
- valid driver’s license for driving duties
- willingness to maintain cleanliness and organization

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- valid driver’s license preferred for driving duties
Job Duties
- maintain presence on the front drive assisting with luggage, boxes, equipment and valet parking guest cars
- explain services and amenities of hotel including but not limited to location, hours of operation and location of banquet functions
- escort guests to guestroom providing property tour and delivering luggage and other items to guest room
- answer questions about local areas of interest and assist arriving and departing guests with all transportation needs
- provide guests with personalized service to consistently create the best arrival and departure experience
- assist with driving the Dart cart or van on trips for Dartmouth Alumni and occasional airport runs
- assist in maintaining cleanliness of the valet/bell stand public areas as needed
