Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bell or valet services in a hotel environment preferred
- proficiency in English reading, writing, and oral communication
- working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
- possession of First Responder Certification is a plus
- must have legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Greets guests who arrive by private car and assists guests descending from cars
- issues appropriate valet parking ticket and explains parking procedure and price when Door Staff is unavailable
- greets guests and escorts them to their rooms
- delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, maintaining proper records
- assesses vehicle damage when Doorman is not available and notes it on claim ticket
- drives car to hotel or local garage safely adhering to traffic rules
- provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city
- hails taxis as needed
- retrieves cars for guests swiftly and safely
- handles all guest interactions with high hospitality and professionalism
- greets all guests passing through lobby and offers assistance
- performs shoeshine service and returns shoes to guests
- performs errands for guests and hotel including local travel and house car services within a 3 mile radius
