Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Previous Bell/Valet experience in a hotel environment preferred
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel
- First Responder Certification a plus
- Legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Greet guests who arrive by private car and assist guests descending from cars
- Issue appropriate valet parking ticket and explain parking procedure and price when Door Staff is unavailable
- Greet guests and escort them to their rooms
- Deliver luggage to room upon check-in and pick up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive
- Maintain proper records of deliveries and pick-ups
- Assess any damage to vehicle when Doorman is not available and note damage on claim ticket
- Deposit key and ticket with Valet Cashier
- Drive car to hotel or local garage adhering to traffic regulations and speed limits
- Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions
- Retrieve car for guests in a swift and safe manner
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Resolve customer complaints and assist customers in inquiries related to hotel services, hours of operations, key personnel, in-house events, and directions
- Greet all guests passing through lobby and offer assistance
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- Perform shoeshine service, picking up shoes from guest room, cleaning, polishing, and returning them to the guest
- Perform errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off the hotel property
- Provide house car services for guest use to and from hotel within a three mile radius
