Job Requirements
- Minimum high school education
- prior customer service experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- physical ability to lift 30 pounds
- proficiency in English and local language
- professional grooming and adherence to dress code
- ability to handle conflict professionally
- willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings

Job Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and departure
- escort guests to their rooms and provide orientation of hotel features
- assist guests with luggage and other requests to ensure comfort
- communicate effectively with guests and co-workers to address needs
- maintain safety standards by following hotel policies and reporting incidents
- handle guest inquiries and resolve conflict situations professionally
- contribute to a positive guest experience and support team operations
