Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school education
  • prior customer service experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • physical ability to lift 30 pounds
  • proficiency in English and local language
  • professional grooming and adherence to dress code
  • ability to handle conflict professionally
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and departure
  • escort guests to their rooms and provide orientation of hotel features
  • assist guests with luggage and other requests to ensure comfort
  • communicate effectively with guests and co-workers to address needs
  • maintain safety standards by following hotel policies and reporting incidents
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve conflict situations professionally
  • contribute to a positive guest experience and support team operations
