Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a bartender in a similar setting
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be of legal drinking age
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Good communication skills
- Basic math proficiency
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant nightclub or catering environment is preferred
- Familiarity with Toast systems is a plus
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as required by the business needs
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including proper food handling and safety practices
- Utilize Toast for order processing and cash handling efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons taking orders and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality
- Assist with inventory management including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the food industry
