Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- willingness to participate in and successfully complete all required training
- physical ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to work in moderate to loud environments with exposure to hot, cold, moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals
- completion of company training including food sanitation, customer service, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- IST or AST certification

Job Duties
- prepare products according to Starbucks standards
- process and package products
- stock products in designated areas
- provide customer service
- clean work areas and maintain hygiene standards
- unload and reload stock
- handle salvage products according to set protocols
