Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
- Ability to write simple correspondence in English
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and perform operations using units of American money and weight measurement
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Complete company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- Must be IST or AST certified
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree

- Ability to write simple English correspondence
- Effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings
- Basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction involving money and weights

Job Duties
- Prepare products according to Starbucks standards
- Process and package food items with attention to quality
- Stock products efficiently and according to guidelines
- Provide friendly and effective customer service
- Clean and maintain work areas for safety and hygiene
- Unload stock deliveries promptly
- Reload salvage products ensuring freshness and compliance
