Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree GED
- one to three months related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to present information effectively to customers clients and associates who speak only English
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and perform operations using units of American money and weight measurement
- ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions
- must complete company's training including new hire orientation food sanitation customer service safety food safety and product knowledge
- must be IST or AST certified
- ability to stand walk use hands to finger handle or feel reach with hands and arms talk or hear and taste or smell
- ability to occasionally climb balance stoop kneel or crouch
- ability to lift and or move up to 30 pounds occasionally up to 50 pounds
- specific vision abilities including close vision color and depth perception
- willingness to participate in and complete required training

- prepare products according to Starbucks standards
- process and package products
- stock products efficiently
- provide excellent customer service
