Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to read and write simple English
- basic math skills including addition and subtraction
- completion of company training including food sanitation and safety
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work in varied temperature conditions
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- participation in required training programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- effective verbal communication skills in English
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and use American money and weight units
- completion of company training including food safety, customer service, and product knowledge
- IST or AST certification
Job Duties
- Prepare products according to Starbucks standards
- process food and beverage items efficiently
- package products ensuring quality and consistency
- stock shelves and storage areas
- provide exceptional customer service
- clean work areas maintaining hygiene standards
- unload stock and reload salvage products according to guidelines
