Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving supplies
- reliable transportation
- ability to work flexible hours including occasional after hours
- good communication skills
- basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment preferred

- experience in beverage preparation, especially specialty coffee drinks, preferred but not required

- flexibility to assist with event setups and after hours work as needed
Job Duties
- Preparing and serving beverages to employees and guests including specialty drinks such as espressos and lattes
- replenishing coffee thermoses in the breakroom
- replenishing snacks and supplies in the breakroom
- keeping the coffee bar and breakroom clean including wiping counters and tables, sweeping the floor, wiping out microwaves, and weekly refrigerator clean out
- assisting with the daily breakdown of the coffee bar
- maintaining a clean and organized work space
- working closely with head barista and internal marketing team for special events
- occasional after hours event help as required
- emptying trash and recycling throughout the day in breakrooms
- assisting with the setup of facilities for meetings, trainings, and events
