Job Requirements

Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly
Ability to work in varying temperature environments
Must be IST or AST certified
Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to problem-solving

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to three months related experience and/or training
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
Ability to write simple correspondence in English
Effective one-on-one and small group communication skills
Basic mathematical skills for handling money and measurements
Completion of company-mandated training programs

Job Duties

Prepare products according to Starbucks Standards
Process products adhering to quality guidelines
Package items efficiently and correctly
Stock products ensuring timely availability
Provide excellent customer service
Clean and maintain work areas
Unload stock and reload salvage products as per company procedures
