Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
- Ability to write simple correspondence in English
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and handle American money and weight measurement
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Completion of company’s training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- IST or AST certified
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and taste or smell regularly
- Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, color, and depth perception
- Ability to work in moderate environment with frequent exposure to temperature extremes, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals
- Ability to work in a moderate to loud noise environment

Job Duties
- Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Starbucks standards
- Provide customer service that enhances customer satisfaction
- Clean and maintain work areas to ensure hygiene and safety
- Unload stock deliveries efficiently and accurately
- Reload salvage products following established protocols
- Participate in and complete all required training sessions
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations consistently
