Job Duties
- Set up stock and maintain work areas
- restock ice bins beverages kegs plasticware etc
- keep all beverage storage areas clean and organized at all times
- assist with inventory product rotation fifo and date labeling to ensure fresh products are readily available for preparation
- perform defined opening running and closing duties as assigned
- comply with bar weekly deep cleaning schedule
- put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
- make sure trash receptacles are clean and odor-free
- attend pre-shift meetings
- stay informed of current menu items and descriptions
- communicate daily entertainment and upcoming events in venue
- ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance alcohol awareness training and company policies
- keep the bar area clean and organized including washing glassware bussing bar top clearing bar and service bar cleaning spills and floor and guest facing areas clear of debris
- follow sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies in both public areas and back of house
- comply with all company issued steps of service
- follow all corporate policies safety and security procedures and brand sops
- promptly report accidents facility issues or unsafe conditions to management
- perform other duties as assigned
