Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Delivering finished food products and to-go service items to guests in Big Bar on 2
- Ensuring the Big Bar on 2 is fully stocked with food items, paper supplies, and mixed beverage preparations
- Stocking glassware, ensuring cleanliness and dishwashing
- Assisting bartenders and servers by refilling waters, clearing dishes, and resetting tables
- Completing assigned side-work such as restocking, organizing, and cleaning
- Demonstrating strong guest service orientation and team player mentality in a fast paced environment
- Upholding Hyatt Values including empathy, integrity, respect, inclusion, experimentation, and wellbeing
