Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Deliver finished food products and to-go service items to guests in Big Bar on 2
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked with food items, paper supplies, and beverage preparations
- Stock glassware and maintain cleanliness including dishwashing
- Assist bartenders and servers by refilling water, clearing dishes, and resetting tables
- Complete assigned side-work such as restocking, organizing, and cleaning to prepare the team for success
- Demonstrate Hyatt values including empathy, integrity, respect, inclusion, experimentation, and wellbeing
- Maintain a strong guest service orientation and team player mentality in a fast-paced environment
