Job Duties
- Deliver finished food products and to-go service items to guests in Big Bar on 2
- Ensure Big Bar on 2 is fully stocked with food items, paper supplies, and mixed beverage preparations
- Stock glassware and maintain cleanliness including dishwashing
- Assist bartenders and servers by refilling water glasses, clearing dishes, and resetting tables
- Complete assigned side-work including restocking, organizing, and cleaning
- Maintain strong guest service orientation and teamwork
