Job Requirements
- ability to lift, push and pull 30lbs
- ability to work outside in various weather conditions, including but not limited to, wind, sun, heat and cold
- ability to stand for elongated periods of time
- ability to work during varied hours of the day and days of the week
- strong command of the english language
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in banquet or food service preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work as part of a team

- knowledge of safe food handling practices
Job Duties
- provide all members and guests with a high level of service with a smile
- read and understand daily catering event orders
- arrive to work on time ready to work
- abide by all uniform and appearance standards and present themselves in a clean and professional manner
- set up buffets in accordance with food presentation standards and practices
- set tables in accordance with department service standards and perform all necessary and/or assigned side work
- follow safe food handling practices
- serve all guests in accordance with department service standards
- be available for guests at all points of service, from arrivals to departures
- replenish guests’ beverages throughout the entire event
- clear tables in accordance with department service standards
- keep all tables, rooms and side stands clean/sanitary and clear of clutter
- advise supervisors and managers of all complaints in a timely manner
- perform all necessary and/or assigned clean up and closing duties
- perform any additional responsibilities as outlined by supervisors or management
- adhere to all ANCC policies and expectations as addressed in the employee handbook
