Job Description
The Graduate by Hilton Bloomington is currently seeking a Banquet Server to join its Food & Beverage team. This role is integral to supporting Banquet and Catering operations by ensuring that every event runs smoothly and that guests receive an impeccable and consistent service experience. The Banquet Server position offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.00 for serving banquet shifts and $10.50 plus pooled tips for barista shifts when assigned. Job Duties
- Follow direction from Food & Beverage Manager to support smooth event execution
- interpret Banquet Event Order (BEO) documents and carry out event setup and service in alignment with the details provided
- prepare banquet rooms for events, including setting tables, linens, dishes, glassware, and silverware
- bus and set tables, including food, beverages, and condiments as needed
- serve food and beverages to guests during events, following service standards
- provide attentive and professional guest service, ensuring needs are met promptly
- assist in cleaning and organizing event spaces at the completion of events
