Job Duties
- Follow all federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies regarding bakery operations, safety, and sanitation
- maintain a clean as you go work area
- adhere to company policy through proper processing, preparation, and packaging of product including following recipes, packaging, and displaying properly
- complete all necessary paperwork relating to bakery department
- maintain organized and supplied bakery supply storage area
- prepare bakery products in adherence with quality standards
- prioritize multiple tasks without supervision
- minimize shrink through proper handling and storing of product
- ensure equipment is in proper working condition
