Job Requirements
- Must be available to work early mornings and weekends
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work on feet for 8 hours
- Available to work full time 32-36 hours per week
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and be trained if no prior barista experience
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee making or barista skills a plus but not required
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle high volume and fast-paced work environment
- Reliable and hardworking
- Capable of standing for up to 8 hours
Job Duties
- Offer positive, outgoing and friendly customer service
- Make coffees and beverages
- Pastry counter service including taking orders and boxing pastries
- Work well as a team and independently
- Communicate well and stay organized
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Work efficiently in a high volume, busy atmosphere
