Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to talk, hear, taste, or smell
- Occasionally able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Must have close vision, color, and depth perception
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments and noisy conditions
- Willingness to participate in and complete all required training
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
- Ability to write simple correspondence in English
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and perform basic operations using money and weight measurements
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- Completion of company required training programs including food sanitation and safety
Job Duties
- Baking products according to standards
- Processing, packaging, and stocking fresh food products according to Fresh Foods Standards
- Cleaning work areas
- Providing customer service
- Unloading stock
- Reloading salvage
- Participating in required training sessions
