Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to talk, hear, taste, or smell
  • Occasionally able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Must have close vision, color, and depth perception
  • Ability to work in varying temperature environments and noisy conditions
  • Willingness to participate in and complete all required training
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
  • Ability to write simple correspondence in English
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and perform basic operations using money and weight measurements
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
  • Completion of company required training programs including food sanitation and safety

Job Duties

  • Baking products according to standards
  • Processing, packaging, and stocking fresh food products according to Fresh Foods Standards
  • Cleaning work areas
  • Providing customer service
  • Unloading stock
  • Reloading salvage
  • Participating in required training sessions
