Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand and walk regularly
- ability to use hands and fingers to handle and feel
- ability to reach with hands and arms
- ability to talk and hear
- ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
- ability to see close objects and perceive color and depth
- willingness to participate in and complete required training
- completion of company training including orientation, food sanitation, safety, and product knowledge
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and write simple correspondence in English
- effective communication skills in English
- ability to perform basic math operations
- ability to follow detailed instructions
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock fresh food products following standards
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock
- reload salvage
- complete required training
