Job Duties
- prepare biscuits and assorted baked goods daily
- work with yeasted dough to create sweet rolls such as cinnamon rolls and sticky buns
- make liege waffles, quick breads, cookie dough, and batters
- prepare glazes and jams for pastries
- maintain high standards of quality and creativity in all baked products
- adhere to early morning schedules and set shifts
- collaborate with a small team to ensure efficient bakery operations
