Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to stand and walk regularly
- able to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- able to reach from 6 to 72 inches
- able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- able to talk, hear, taste, and smell
- able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
- able to work in moderate to extreme temperatures
- willing to complete company training including food sanitation, customer service, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- able to understand and communicate in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to read and write simple correspondence in English
- basic math skills including addition and subtraction
- effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings
- ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
- willingness to participate in training
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock Fresh Foods products according to standards
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock deliveries
- reload salvage products
- complete required company training
