Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to perform physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, reaching
- ability to handle hot, cool, and extreme cold environments
- ability to work around moving mechanical parts, fumes, and chemicals
- willingness to complete company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- capacity to apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to perform basic mathematical operations relating to money and weight
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to Fresh Foods Standards
