Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- willingness to participate in and complete required training
- capability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, talk, hear, taste, and smell regularly
- occasional ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- close vision, color, and depth perception
- ability to work in environments with hot, cool, and extreme cold conditions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group situations
- basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers and using American money and weight units
- successful completion of company training including food sanitation, safety, and product knowledge
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock fresh foods products in compliance with standards
- clean work areas to maintain hygiene
- provide customer service to support sales and satisfaction
- unload stock deliveries and manage salvage stock reloading
- participate in required training and team cooperation
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols
