Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and write simple English
- basic math skills including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers and working with money and weights
- ability to follow detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- willingness to complete company training programs including food sanitation, customer service, safety, and product knowledge
- ability to work in moderate to extreme environments with exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and chemicals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and perform operations using American money and weight measurement
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
- willingness to participate and successfully complete required training
- exceptional interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock Fresh Foods products according to Fresh Foods Standards
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock
- reload salvage
