Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- able to reach with hands and arms
- physical ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
- complete company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- able to work in environments with varying temperatures and exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals
- reliable and able to follow detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations in English
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to Fresh Foods Standards
- clean work areas regularly
- provide customer service
- unload stock shipments
- reload salvage efficiently
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
