Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- complete company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk, hear, taste, and smell regularly
- ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- specific vision abilities required including close vision, color, and depth perception
- willingness to work in moderate to extreme temperature conditions and exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, and chemicals
- ability to work successfully in a loud and busy environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- effective oral communication skills in English
- basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers and use of American money and weight measurements
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- exceptional interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to fresh foods standards
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock
- reload salvage
- participate in required training
