Job Requirements
- Associates must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
- Ability to perform operations using units of American money and weight measurement
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- Physical ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Close vision, color, and depth perception
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Baking products according to standards
- Processing, packaging, and stocking fresh foods products according to fresh foods standards
- Cleaning work areas
