Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- ability to stand, walk, use hands and arms regularly
- occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach from 6 to 72 inches
- ability to tolerate moderate to loud noise
- ability to work in varying temperature environments including hot, cool, and extreme cold
- ability to handle exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and chemicals
- reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities may be provided
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information to customers and associates
- ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers
- good interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock Fresh Foods products according to Fresh Foods Standards
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock
- reload salvage
