Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior baking or pastry experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team

- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and event-based shifts
Job Duties
- Assist with preparing basic pastry and bakery items such as cookies, muffins, brownies, and cakes using standard recipes
- Accurately measure, scale, and mix ingredients, following directions from senior bakers or chefs
- Support general bakery operations including mixing, cooking/baking, assembly, setup, decorating, labeling, and proper storage of ingredients and finished products
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure proper use, cleaning, and storage of tools and equipment
- Follow and uphold ServSafe kitchen standards and all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with inventory tasks such as tracking supplies and reporting low stock
- Collaborate with the baking team to ensure timely production and high-quality service, especially during peak hours and special events
- Uphold standards of hospitality, ensuring all guests receive the highest quality food and service
