Job Qualifications

- willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions

- basic math skills for measuring ingredients
Job Duties
- Bakes cakes in all sizes and flavors by diligently following established recipes
- removes cakes from pans and packages properly
- puts baked cakes away and rotates cakes according to established brand standards
- communicates with management about equipment including problems and maintenance
- folds boxes and labels containers
- tracks inventory of baked goods
- keeps baking area clean and sanitized
- assists other departments as necessary
