Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to stock merchandise and lift up to 45 pounds
- ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk as needed
- ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- ability to stay organized and multitask
- ability to safely operate equipment including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler
- meet any state and local alcoholic beverage handling requirements
- ability to communicate effectively
- prior retail experience, preferably with management background
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age

- minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience
- prior management experience preferred
- combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
Job Duties
- Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
- establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
- identify training and development opportunities for team members
- communicate and model company core values to create teamwork
- monitor the competitive environment and inform leadership of necessary adjustments
- provide product feedback and recommend changes
- participate in interviewing store personnel
- communicate key information and milestones
- ensure adherence to inventory and cash control policies
- resolve customer concerns in the absence of direct leader
- identify and rectify hazards and maintain equipment
- maintain store cleanliness and signage
- assist with stock level maintenance and product ordering
- merchandise products neatly
- ensure product quality, freshness, and accurate signage
- assist with achieving payroll and budget goals
- supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues appropriately
- ensure timely and effective completion of responsibilities by direct reports
- comply with company policies and maintain confidentiality
- perform other duties as assigned
