Job Requirements
- Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills
Job Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail or customer service roles is an advantage
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory skills preferred
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to handle physical demands of the role including lifting and standing
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and peak seasons
Job Duties
- Display a customer-focused mindset at all times and ensure all team members deliver an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience
- Handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempt to solve for yes and escalate issues as appropriate
- Maintain a clean and well organized store, promoting a safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience
- Share feedback from customers with the leadership team to improve the overall customer experience
- Perform as the floor supervisor role as needed to cover non-peak periods
- Hold self and others responsible for the accomplishment of all operational tasks
- Coach and provide feedback on Sales Associate's performance
- Support associate engagement by recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance
- Provide direction to associates to ensure understanding of company directives and standards
- Prioritize and delegate tasks to meet all operational needs
- Support and execute visual directives and maintain visual standards set by the company
- Drive efficiency in all operational store processes
- Maintain merchandise flow, filling and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom
- Ensure all store associates follow all policies, procedures and all Safety Program practices
- Reflect the Pacsun brand by demonstrating passion and affinity for product, brands, fashion and trends
- Inspire and motivate others by consistently exhibiting core value behaviors
- Demonstrate willingness, aptitude, and initiative to learn what is unknown about product, brands, fashion and trends
