Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

- ability to read, write, and comprehend simple English instructions and correspondence
- ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using units of American money and measurements

Job Duties
- take excellent care of customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations
- supervise up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department
- assist the Department Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department
- perform duties of baker, fryer, cake decorator, Fresh Foods clerks, and chef as needed
- interview, train, appraise performance, reward and discipline associates
- address complaints and resolve problems
- plan, assign, and direct work
